Our client is a well-established and respected organization within the civil infrastructure sector seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Estimator to join their growing team. With a strong reputation built over decades, this company is known for delivering high-quality solutions across environmental, civil, and infrastructure projects.

- Identify and track bid opportunities and RFQs through industry websites
- Perform and analyze material takeoffs and support cost estimation activities
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to evaluate and propose value-engineered solutions
- Contribute to bid strategy development to improve win rates
- Review specifications and prepare product submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Maintain and manage project pipeline data within CRM systems (forecasting, tracking, competitive insights)
- Support and help lead internal sales/project meetings to drive execution and alignment
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Civil, or related field preferred; diploma/technical background considered)
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, estimating, or project management
- Exposure to civil, environmental, or infrastructure projects is a strong asset
- Ability to interpret tender documents, specifications, and Civil CAD drawings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; CRM experience is an asset
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
