Production Worker/Machine Operator

We are searching for a Production Worker/Machine Operator for a client of ours who are located in Delta.
Our client provides high-quality mechanical equipment and parts to the industrial and construction industry.
This position places a strong significance on effective teamwork, clear communication, sound judgment, safety orientation, achieving and maintaining production efficiency and a dedication to the quality of our product.
Job Description:

• Responsible for production machine setup and operation.
• Controlling and adjusting the machine as needed.
• Replenish raw materials to the machine as needed.
• Assemble parts and kits.
• Read and follow production work orders.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment with accuracy and speed to achieve company expectations which are necessary to meet and exceed customer demands.
• Associates in this role may have varied job duties based on assigned machine and department requirements.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules and instructional procedures in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Capable of following instructions.
• Ability to work repetitive jobs at a fast pace.

Salary: $21-$23/hour range
Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4pm
