Hybrid Circuit Assembler

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Manual placement of semiconductor dice in cleanroom environment

2. Use of tweezers, microscope and wire-bonder to manually place and connect semiconductor dice.

3. Operate automated and semi-automated die-attach and wire-bonding machines to position and attach semiconductor and other hybrid components

4. Work from approved drawings and assembly instructions with strict adherence to quality and environmental standards.

Education:

High School diploma

Experience:

1. Experience in reading detailed electronic assembly drawings

2. Hands on experience with MIL –STD-883 workmanship standards

3. Experience with working in a clean , static free environment

4. Aerospace and defense equipment assembly experience

Skills:

1. Excellent hand/eye coordination

2. Must have ability to work with small tools and under a microscope for an 8 hour shift.

3. Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Canadian citizenship or holder of Canadian government authorization to work in Canada with the ability and willingness to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods clearance from the relevant Federal agency.
