This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area, ON, with a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office.
Salary listed is $100,000.00–$110,000.00 per year, plus a competitive bonus.
Lead and coach a team of 5-6 Service Technicians, oversee daily service desk operations, design and maintain delivery processes, and manage tools like Datto RMM and Autotask to track client devices.
6+ years in service delivery or helpdesk management, preferably in an MSP, with proven experience coaching Level 1/2 Technicians.
Working knowledge of Datto RMM and Autotask (or similar tools), and familiarity with ITIL frameworks is preferred.
