Skilled Laborer

We are actively seeking a skilled laborer for full-time, year-round work specializing in ICF construction and foundation work. This role involves adapting to varied site locations and conditions primarily between Merrickville ON and Clayton ON. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work well in small teams, and comfortable handling diverse construction tasks including interior renovations during the winter months. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily to different job sites are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform ICF construction and foundation work using specialized equipment
• Support interior renovation projects during designated seasons
• Adapt to changing site conditions and locations
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and ICF braces safely and effectively
• Handle materials and equipment as needed for project progress
• Travel daily to various local job sites within the defined area
• Follow instructions and collaborate effectively within small teams (1-5 workers)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Valid G2 driver's license
• Knowledge of concrete forming and ICF systems
• Physical stamina for demanding labor tasks
• Strong adaptability and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
