Upcoming Transportation Customer Service Rep in Delta

Upcoming Position

Working with an industry-leading transportation and supply chain solutions company, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests. This role reports to the Customer Care Specialist Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire customer service process to ensure all shipments are complete and will meet deadlines. Must have experience working in Industrial Transportation.

• Day shifts - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Pay rate - $24/hr
• Paid weekly - We pay every Friday!
• Temp to hire - Permanent hire opportunity
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours a week)

Job Details:

• Create freight bill of ladings
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Update forms and reports
• Manage customers' accounts
• Obtain, evaluate, and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Answering telephone
• Willing to work occasional extended hours during peak periods
• Other duties as required
