Position SummaryReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will maintain and repair facility, production, packaging, and refrigeration equipment while supporting safety, production efficiency, and plant improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, hot water, and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete assigned maintenance projects.
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging machinery.
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and outstanding repairs.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams in a safety-focused environment.
- Follow all Health & Safety, HACCP, and GMP standards.
Requirements
- Licensed Millwright or 4th Year Apprentice
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience maintaining industrial plant equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automated machinery.
