Customer Service Manager

Dashwood Industries Inc., a major manufacturer and distributor of windows and entrance systems for the residential and commercial markets, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager provides leadership and direction to the Customer Service team, developing and implementing processes that ensure efficient operations while aligning with corporate objectives and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer experience.
• Oversee the training, development, and performance management of all department personnel, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service delivery.
• Direct and manage departmental performance to ensure timely resolution of service issues, including oversight of service workflows, scheduling, and backlog management.
• Provide leadership and accountability for the day-to-day Customer Service function, ensuring accurate order processing, effective service delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage the department's business plans, objectives, and special projects.
• Collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels in the organization to drive alignment, resolve issues, and achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure a consistent focus on customer experience across the department.
• Perform other related duties as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• General understanding of order processing systems and customer service operations.
• Experience with Paradigm software is an asset.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Window and door industry knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
