Northern Roads Auto Groupis expanding, and Cardinal Kia is building one of the most advanced Kia service & parts facilities in Canada. This role is designed for people who want toearn more, do more, and grow faster.

Ourstate-of-the-art Cardinal Kia service facilitywill feature:

  • 16 mechanical service bays
  • Full on-site body shop
  • High-volume drive-through service reception
  • Hunter Quick Check inspection technology
  • Advanced diagnostic tools and service technology
  • Canadas first EV Canopy with 12 charging stations

This facility is being designed to supporthigh production, modern diagnostics, and advisor success.

Compensation: $65,000 $105,000+ annually

We are looking for professionals who:

  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Understand how to identify maintenance opportunities honestly
  • Are comfortable selling bothservice and parts solutions
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Wantlong-term career growth

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or strong customer service / sales professionalis welcomed.

We are also open to training the right high-energy candidate.

What you will do:

  • Greet customers and manage the full service experience from check-in to delivery
  • Clearly communicate vehicle concerns and service recommendations
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and ensure all details are documented properly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Review completed work and ensure accuracy before vehicle delivery
  • Upsell recommended services in a transparent and professional manner
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving focus
