Well and Core Drill Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Well and Core Drill Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment used for extracting core samples and well drilling operations. This role requires a strong understanding of drilling techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain core drilling and well drilling equipment.
• Collect core samples according to project specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and sample collection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with project supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Core Drill and well Operator.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to remote job sites.
• First aid an asset.
