We specialize in undercarriage systems, Ground Engaging Tools, buckets, and wear solutions, providing hands-on support and solutions across multiple sites and clients. Our team works directly with operators, maintenance teams, and site managers to maximize equipment performance, improve reliability, and reduce total cost of ownership.

We are seeking a Field Product Support Representative (PSSR) to join our expanding team. This is a customer support–first, field-based role, with shop work as secondary. You will be embedded in client mining sites, offering hands-on technical support and helping customers proactively maintain their fleets.

Successful candidates for this role, would:

• Measure undercarriages and analyze wear patterns to provide actionable insights.
• Support customer reporting and fleet monitoring, tracking equipment health and performance.
• Recommend solutions to reduce total cost of ownership and optimize operations.
• Conduct site visits, assess equipment and product health, and submit detailed reports.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, aiding relationship management, market intelligence, and sales support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years' experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or forestry preferred.
• Safety-focused and comfortable in field and shop environments in mining/oil sands settings.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and a team player.
• Engineering, mechanical, or technical background is an asset.
