As they continue to scale, they are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead plant operations, mentor staff, and implement lean systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the plant with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality control across all departments.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and junior staff to coach, mentor, and unify the team under a shared operational vision.
• Work hands-on with production teams to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows and systems.
• Support and enhance cross-departmental communication, ensuring alignment between operations, sales, and senior leadership.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth by aligning operational goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment, preferably in precast or heavy construction materials.
• Proven experience implementing lean methodologies and improving operational systems and processes.
• Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and mentoring management style.
• Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging directly with staff at all levels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills.
