Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact, large-scale technology programs? We're looking for a Technical Program Director who thrives on complexity, excels at bringing together global teams, and knows how to deliver results that matter.

This is a HYBRID role, 3 days onsite in Vaughan (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

In this role, you'll be at the center of it all—guiding cross-functional teams across project management, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps. You'll collaborate with executive leaders, shape strategy, and ensure programs hit key milestones while driving real business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading diverse on-shore and offshore teams, with a strong focus on Indian offshore development centers.
• Owning the delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar programs from start to finish.
• Partnering with executives and C-level stakeholders—presenting insights, influencing decisions, and driving alignment.
• Building and running PMOs that set the standard for governance, accountability, and excellence.
• Creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years managing large-scale, complex technology programs.
• Experience working for a Consulting Firm (must have).
• Solid technical background, having started your career in a technical hands-on role.
• Proven success leading global teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills—you're just as comfortable leading a stand-up as you are presenting to the C-suite.
• PMP or PgMP certification (nice to have, but not a dealbreaker).
