- Administration, support, and maintenance of the computing environment for the organization.
- Conduct systems implementation, administration, maintenance, and upgrades of the network & network-connected connected.
- Provide support for PCs, workstations, CCTV systems, phones, and mobile systems, among other
- Assist with development and integration projects.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in IT or a related field.
- 5 years of related IT Administration experience.
- Experience supporting networks in a Microsoft AD environment, including the use of DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and VPN
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite to assist end-users with issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
