We are currently seeking a Finishing Area Technician to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming, finishing, and repairing products to meet company specifications and deadlines outlined in the manufacturing schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and demonstrates a strong ability to interpret technical drawings and apply measurements with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and correct blemishes on products efficiently and safely.
• Conduct testing in accordance with company specifications.
• Accurately complete all required documentation.
• Maintain and track your assigned repair schedule and quota.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide training and coaching to fellow team members when requested.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• 6+ months experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying drawing information.
• Skilled in using measurement tools and performing unit conversions.
