Full Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $85,000 to $110,000* + Benefits *commensurate with experience

  • Perform holistic assessments — physical, cognitive, and mental health
  • Develop and deliver personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans
  • Coach clients on pain management, task pacing, and CBT strategies
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and return-to-work planning
  • Provide services both in the clinic and at employer worksites
  • Keep clear, timely documentation using digital tools
  • Assist with job coaching, accommodation reviews, and inter-site support as needed
What's Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience, ideally musculoskeletal or mental health clients
  • Skilled in independent decision-making and team-based care
  • Experience with WSIB, LTD, or auto insurance clients is an asset
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
