Were recruiting for a dynamic professional to drive new business growth within a well-established general contracting firm based in Burnaby, BC. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, targeting both commercial tenant fit-outs and restoration/renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities across the Greater Vancouver area, with a focus on commercial, residential, and restoration sectors.
  • Leverage an existing book of business or industry contacts to accelerate pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, brokers, and project managers.
  • Prepare proposals, lead presentations, and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking gatherings, and referral partner meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in both sales and project managementideally with a background in construction or general contracting.
  • Possesses a strong network or book of business; established relationships are a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the construction processincluding understanding scopes, timelines, and stakeholder management.
