- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities (100+ companies)
- Oversee and review full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting
- Maintain accounting records and systems with attention to detail
- Support the leadership team with financial insights and recommendations
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with direct experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a traditional, fast-paced office setting
