We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Site Superintendent to manage daily on-site operations of residential construction projects. You'll be responsible for maintaining schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination on high-end custom builds or low-rise developments throughout the GTA.

• Lead day-to-day site operations from ground-breaking to handover

• Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards

• Coordinate site logistics, inspections, and deliveries

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites

• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients

• Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep the project on track

• Maintain accurate site reports and logs

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction

• Strong technical understanding of all stages of residential builds

• Excellent knowledge of OBC, site safety regulations, and quality control

• Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules and resources

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Health & Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, First Aid) required
