I have a start up in ai automations and need a sales team to help me get more deals. Super breifly, we offer 20-40% commission recurring monthly for the first 3 months, and then 10% reccuring. We currently have 3 automations all selling for 1.5k each. Our expectations are for our sales reps to get the leads, warm them, and book a sales call for us.
