We're Hiring: Call Centre Specialist – $18.50/hr | Dartmouth, NS

Looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, people-first environment? TigerTel, a 24/7 answering service supporting businesses, is growing-and we want you on our team! This is an in-office position.

What You'll Do:

• Professionally answer calls with care.
• Take messages, route calls, and support a variety of clients.
• Use strong communication and data entry skills daily.

You're a Fit If You:

• Have great phone etiquette and attention to detail
• Can type accurately and communicate clearly
• Are positive, professional, and eager to learn
• Computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Good attendance
• The ability to type 35 WPM

Compensation: $18.50/hr

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, RRSP match, PTO

Shift: Full-time, 40 hours

• Saturday-Wednesday, 2pm-11pm AST
• Training: Four weeks, M-F, 9am-6pm AST
