Customer Service Agent – TigerTelLocation: Dartmouth, NS

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? TigerTel, a leading 24/7 answering service for commercial and medical clients, is seeking dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our expanding team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

In this role, you'll be the initial point of contact for our diverse clientele, providing support and representing the professional image of their businesses and healthcare practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and efficient phone support to clients and their callers.
  • Accurately take messages, answer inquiries, and efficiently route calls to the appropriate contacts.
  • Utilize strong communication and data entry skills to ensure precise information recording and retrieval.
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

What We Offer:

  • Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week, including one weekend day, promoting work-life balance.
  • Hybrid Work Model: After a 30-day in-office training period, transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 2 days remote). All necessary equipment is provided; a reliable high-speed wired internet connection is required for remote work.
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn an hourly rate of $18.50.
