Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings, ensuring a clear agenda and well-defined outcomes to maintain team focus and alignment.
  • Manage and optimize the Jira board organization and workflow to enhance team efficiency and ensure smooth project progression.
  • Develop and implement a robust bug triage process in collaboration with the QA team to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with all stakeholders to build strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Shadow and thoroughly document all critical product processes to create comprehensive resources and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Own and manage escalation paths and processes to address and resolve critical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing impact on product stability and user experience.
  • Create, maintain, and improve product documentation to provide clear and accessible resources for internal teams and external users.
  • Track and prioritize stability issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain a high level of product performance and reliability.
  • Establish clear ticket standards and guidelines in collaboration with engineering and QA to ensure consistent and thorough issue reporting and resolution.
  • Map and document current product capabilities and identify gaps to inform future development and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Lead release planning and execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery of new features and updates.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive requirement gathering framework to ensure that all project requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Own sprint planning and delivery metrics, driving the team to achieve consistent and predictable sprint outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a delivery prediction model to forecast project timelines and resource allocation needs accurately.

30 Days - Operational Leadership & Knowledge Building Live support, Jira management, Team management, Sprint management, Administrative:Master Daily Operations:
