About the role:

The successful candidate will support operations in the Batch & Furnace Basement area, with responsibilities including:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the assigned areas
• Assisting the maintenance team with routine and ad hoc tasks
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads, including tasks outside the immediate scope of operations and maintenance
• Adhering strictly to all safety policies and procedures
• Upholding high standards of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Key Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to pass specific mathematical and communications tests.
• Applicant(s) must have a good work record, which demonstrates good attendance and reliability.
• Must be physically fit and able to withstand a high-temperature work environment and have no issue with vertical heights.
• Lift Truck Driving Certification is preferred.
• Training will be provided, including the LTO function of this job, to those who may require it.
• Applicant(s) will be required to pass a test at the completion of training, demonstrating the ability to perform the tasks trained in.

Salary: $29.65 CAD / This is a Temporary 12 month contract role.
