About the Role:

Were seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and communications efforts across Canada and North America. This is a high-impact role ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of driving measurable marketing outcomes through multi-channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Content & Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel content calendars (blog, social, email, press) and oversee production of thought-leadership assets to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • Media Relations & Brand Positioning: Manage media relations, press outreach, and PR strategy to secure earned media and strengthen brand visibility across key markets.
  • Product Launches & Localization: Drive go-to-market strategy for product rollouts across diverse verticals, adapting content and messaging to resonate with regional audiences.
  • Internal Communications: Build and scale internal comms programs, including newsletters, town halls, and intranet updates to improve employee engagement and information flow.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Leverage tools like Salesforce, AEM to streamline lead nurturing, track KPIs, and optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Website & SEO Management: Oversee website UX improvements, A/B testing, and SEO optimization efforts to boost traffic, reduce bounce rates, and enhance conversion.
  • Event & Webinar Marketing: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to drive demand generation and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Implement reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, lead conversions, and content engagement across all platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AEM (or similar automation platforms), and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or building materials sectors is a strong asset
