Compensation: $85,000 $90,000 base salary + performance incentives

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of agency recruitment sales experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to take ownership of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

What Youll Do

  • Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships within manufacturing and light industrial markets.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage clients with a solutions-based sales approach, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at mid-to-large-sized companies.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.
  • Achieve Results: Consistently meet or exceed revenue, gross margin, and activity KPIs.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment agency sales/business development experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing and light industrial staffing.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
