Job Summary

Edgemont Floors Inc. is hiring a senior-level Flooring Sales & Project Manager to lead outside sales and oversee full-cycle flooring projects.

This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive flooring knowledge and an existing customer base. You will be responsible for sourcing your own projects, managing estimates, closing deals, and coordinating execution from start to finish.

✔ Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate new flooring business through field-based sales

• Leverage your existing client relationships to create immediate opportunities

• Prepare precise estimates using standard industry software

• Perform site visits, takeoffs, and client walkthroughs

• Manage all stages of each project: planning, materials, scheduling, subcontractors, and completion

• Coordinate with office and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution

• Maintain long-term relationships with developers, builders, and contractors

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in flooring sales, estimating, or project management

• Deep knowledge of flooring systems, products, and installation methods

• Strong track record in outside sales, including client acquisition and retention

• Experience with estimation software (RFMS, FloorRight, MeasureSquare, or similar)

• Ability to read construction drawings and specs

• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• $96,000 Base Salary per year, OR

• 26% Commission on net profit per project, whichever is higher

Net profit is calculated after all project costs, materials, labor, and applicable levies are deducted

• Gas allowance provided
