What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and managing relationships with corporate clients, designers, PMs, and brokers
- Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to project close and post-install follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams (design, logistics, project management) to deliver a great client experience
- Responding to RFPs and working on bid packages
- Staying on top of market trends and proactively identifying new project opportunities
- Representing the brand at industry events, showrooms, and client meetings
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales or account management (ideally in office furniture, design, interiors, or commercial real estate)
- A relationship-first approach, with strong communication and follow-through
- Strong project coordination skills - you can juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- A natural problem solver who's organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and working with complex project teams
- Bonus: Experience with Teknion, Herman Miller, Steelcase, or similar systems
