We're working with a well-established, design-forward commercial furniture dealership that's looking to add a driven Account Manager to their growing team in Toronto.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for design, space planning, and client relationships especially if you've got experience working with corporate clients, designers, or developers.
The right person thrives in a fast-moving, project-based sales environment, knows how to uncover client needs, and can manage opportunities from initial contact through to install.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building and managing relationships with corporate clients, designers, PMs, and brokers
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to project close and post-install follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams (design, logistics, project management) to deliver a great client experience
  • Responding to RFPs and working on bid packages
  • Staying on top of market trends and proactively identifying new project opportunities
  • Representing the brand at industry events, showrooms, and client meetings
Who This Is For:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales or account management (ideally in office furniture, design, interiors, or commercial real estate)
  • A relationship-first approach, with strong communication and follow-through
  • Strong project coordination skills - you can juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • A natural problem solver who's organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and working with complex project teams
  • Bonus: Experience with Teknion, Herman Miller, Steelcase, or similar systems
