Looking for a bookkeeper & office administrator with strong communication skills (Oral and written), highly organized, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, and an ability to work by themselves or within a team setting.
Job tasks included:
- Bookkeeping, Payroll processing, tax submissions, account/bank reconciliations, Producing reports, Journal entries, A/R & A/P
- General office administration - Answering phones, Client & Account / Vendor relations, Data Entry & Filing
- Writing Proposals, Reports and Various applications
- Some marketing experience beneficial
