We're looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Guest Services Agent to welcome guests to our one-of-a-kind resort in Ucluelet, BC. This is a year-round role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a guest-facing position in a spectacular coastal setting. Guest Services supports nearly every stage of a guests stay and works closely with all departments to help ensure things run smoothly from check-in to check-out.

This posting outlines the core responsibilities of the role. Team members may occasionally be asked to step outside their core responsibilities to support day-to-day resort operations. A flexible, can-do attitude is key.

Guest Services operates 24/7, so were hiring for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Additional qualifications:
