Pay Rate: $21/hour + 4% vacation pay (paid weekly!)

Location: Mississauga

Schedule: Full-time, steady 40 hours/week

Must be eligible to work full-time on SIN

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS ON SIN

Position Overview:

This role primarily involves operating the Counterbalance forklift, with daily use of the single walkie (50% of the shift). You won't be on the Raymond Reach or Order Picker right away, but certification on both is required to support long-term growth and flexibility as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Use a single walkie for the majority of daily tasks
• Load and unload trailers
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certifications for the following equipment:
  • Counterbalance (min. 6 months of experience required)
  • Single Walkie (min. 6 months of experience required)
  • Raymond Reach (certification required)
  • Order Picker (certification required)
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) on a valid SIN
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
• CSA-approved safety shoes and proper warehouse attire
