Job Title: Account Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (in-office 2 days/week - Markham, Ontario
Type: Contract (potential 12-month term)
Overview:
Account Coordinator opportunity with a fast-growing, creative agency. This role supports the day-to-day needs of client accounts, working closely with Account Supervisors and Executives. This role is responsible for managing client communications, maintaining project organization in Asana, tracking budgets, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating internal and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up projects in Asana, Slack, and Google Drive
Schedule and prepare agendas for client meetings
Support the development and delivery of campaign materials
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and tasks stay on track
Provide timely updates and client responses
Prepare client-facing documents and wrap-up reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or account management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and collaborative team player
