Project Manager


3E Power Services Ltd. is a turn-key electrical solutions provider, offering in-house engineering, fabrication, and an extensive equipment inventory to support our projects from design to installation. We specialize in Low and Medium Voltage ICI EPC construction and electrical maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients. With over a decade of success and a strong pipeline of secured work well into 2025 and 2026, we are expanding our team and looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join us.


The Manager, Project Delivery and Process Improvement is a key leadership role responsible for enhancing the overall effectiveness of project delivery at 3E Power Services Ltd. This role combines hands-on project coordination with strategic process improvement to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.


This individual will work closely with Field Project Managers, the Senior Manager Estimating and Business Development, Purchasing, and the Operations Coordinator to monitor ongoing work, allocate resources, and streamline internal processes. A central focus of the role is identifying and implementing best practices and standardized procedures across the business to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve project profitability

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the electrical construction or contracting industry
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems (e.g., MS Project, Sage, Monday.com, Control Board, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve project outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
