Are you an expert in Stainless Steel fitting with an eye for precision and craftsmanship?
Join our growing team as a Stainless Steel Ornamental Fitter specializing in railings and stairs. We're looking for a highly skilled professional who can read blueprints, fabricate custom ornamental pieces, and polish them to perfection.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and welding process specs

• Fabricate and fit ornamental stainless steel components (posts, plates, braces, railings, stairs)

• Perform high-quality polishing on stainless steel finishes

• Compute dimensions, plan fabrication methods, and ensure precise assembly

• Operate brazing, soldering, and flame-cutting tools

• Safely operate overhead cranes and other shop equipment

• Inspect and verify quality of welds and finished products

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience (stair and railing fabrication required)

• Ability to read blueprints and welding specs

• Excellent manual dexterity, problem-solving and measurement skills

• Solid spoken English and strong math skills

• Physically fit – able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly wage: $36–$40/hour

• Full-time schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm

  • Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm (44 hrs/week)
