SERVICE COORDINATOR

As a Service Coordinator, you will:
- Manage work order flow, including the creation, delegation and close out activities of work orders to create accurate invoices
- Support Account Executives, Sr. Management, and Field Staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication
- Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as-built drawings, close out documents
- Process incoming calls and redirect, forward and take messages as required
- Dispatch and Schedule Field Staff
- Coordinate equipment, material deliveries and sub trades as required
- Collaborate with other business units within the organization on projects
- Reconcile costs within a workorder management system
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of one year electrical/mechanical related experience; trade experience is an asset.
- Related post-secondary education is an asset.
- Dispatch experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Excel; experience with Salesforce is an asset.
- Experience reviewing and understanding mechanical/electrical construction drawings is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
