Your role:
As our Vendor Success Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our vendor relationships organized and on track. You'll work closely with the Vendor Success, Legal, and Finance teams. You'll play a central role in connecting teams and keeping our vendor operations sharp. From managing software licenses to supporting contract workflows, you'll ensure the right people have the right tools at the right time—all while keeping our systems clean, clear, and audit-ready.
This role offers a great opportunity to grow and collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining and regularly updating an internal vendor contract management system
- Assisting with the execution of Vendor Success processes and initiatives:
- Working with outside teams to determine software functions, license counts, etc.
- Assisting with processing new purchase requests
- Answering general Vendor Success procedure questions
- Tracking upcoming renewals and sending reminders to the appropriate software business owners
- Providing administrative support to the Vendor Success and Legal teams as necessary
About you:
- A post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma
- Minimum of two years in an administrative role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines is critical
- High level knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Be a self-starter attitude and goal oriented
- Knowledge and interest in the Technology industry an asset
- Experience with managing a contract repository an asset
- Knowledge of contract composition an asset
- Experience with Teamwork, or similar project management software, an asset
Compensation:
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia's pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms.
