Upper 98 Agency is a fast growing business and with 6 months left of summer we're looking for a proactive, organized, and community-driven operations coordinator to join our team and help scale Pure Vista Home Service.

This role is on the ground coordination like job scheduling, team support, content capture and backend organization like SOPs, hiring, and systems. You'll work closely with the founder and play a critical role in helping us deliver trusted home services through content, systems, and strong team execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily job schedules and communicate clearly with field teams
• Hire, train, and oversee door knockers, cleaners, and contractors
• Assist with local flyer drops, signage, and marketing tracking
• Capture and organize video/photo content from job sites and testimonials
• Build and update internal systems, SOPs, and team playbooks
• Use Google Drive, Canva, and ChatGPT to streamline workflows

Compensation:
• Commission based to start, with uncapped earning potential
• Profit sharing model explained in detail during onboarding
• Optional monthly retainer available after 90 day performance review

Requirements:
• Must live in or near Barrie, Ontario and have reliable local transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech comfortable (Canva, Google Drive, basic video capture/editing)
• Positive attitude, self starter mindset, and willingness to learn
