Full job description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Law Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyer in various legal tasks and provide administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing transactional documents in mortgage and real estate law contexts
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Perform clerical duties including intaking, data entry, proofreading, communicating with clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proper phone etiquette
- Draft correspondence and other legal documents as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate law clerk/ legal assistant role

- Language: English and Mandarin (French/Cantonese is a plus)

- Familiarity with Teraview, Assyst, LDD document management systems

- Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in handling MS Office

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to drive.
