Our Client is personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with a strong focus on Accident Benefits. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling personal injury cases, especially Accident Benefits claims, along with Tort matters.
Compensation:
Base salary with commission and bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
Manage files proactively from intake to resolution, with an emphasis on Accident Benefits claims.
Complete forms, prepare summaries, applications, and settlement proposals.
Draft pleadings, motion records, mediation memos, pre-trial memos, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements effectively.
Understand and apply the LAT process related to Accident Benefits.
Conduct Examinations for Discovery.
Track denials, deadlines, and timelines accurately.
Requirements:
4+ years of personal injury law experience, with strong Accident Benefits expertise (required).
Licensed lawyer (L1 license).
Knowledge of Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and Rules of Civil Procedure.
Experience managing cases from start to finish.
Proven ability to settle claims.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
