Our Client is personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with a strong focus on Accident Benefits. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling personal injury cases, especially Accident Benefits claims, along with Tort matters.

Compensation:
Base salary with commission and bonus structure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage files proactively from intake to resolution, with an emphasis on Accident Benefits claims.

• Complete forms, prepare summaries, applications, and settlement proposals.

• Draft pleadings, motion records, mediation memos, pre-trial memos, and other legal documents.

• Negotiate settlements effectively.

• Understand and apply the LAT process related to Accident Benefits.

• Conduct Examinations for Discovery.

• Track denials, deadlines, and timelines accurately.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of personal injury law experience, with strong Accident Benefits expertise (required).

• Licensed lawyer (L1 license).

• Knowledge of Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and Rules of Civil Procedure.

• Experience managing cases from start to finish.

• Proven ability to settle claims.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
