Digital Content Creator Crunch Canada
Location: Cambridge, Ontario
Full-Time: Onsite
At Crunch Fitness Canada, were on a mission to expand our No Limits fitness philosophy across the country. Were growing quickly and looking for someone who understands how to build brand visibility through smart, video-led storytelling.
The Role: Were hiring a Digital Content Creator with a video-first mindset to lead content creation across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role will also lead graphic design for the brand, supporting both the marketing team and local clubs.
As a part of our marketing team, you will develop content from concept, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native videos and supporting content. The ideal candidate understands how to structure a hook, spot a trend early, and adapt content in a way that feels sharp, relevant, and true to the brand. This role is hands-on. You should already be creating content (video and graphic design), understand how the algorithm moves, and know how to deliver something that feels both timely and editorial.
What Youll Do:

• Pitch and create 3 to 5 short-form videos per week
• Film and edit video
• Write concise, clear post copy that reflects our tone and audience
• Graphic design and create marketing collateral
• Capture BTS and member moments at in club events and club openings
• Help manage replies and DMs across social platforms
• Track performance and recommend weekly adjustments
  

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience working social media, with hands on experience leading from concept to execution
• Graduate from a program related to media, business, communications, PR, graphic design, marketing, or video production
• You already create short-form video content consistently
• Proven ability with graphic design and creating promotional materials
• You know how to structure a strong hook and keep attention
• You have great editing instincts and understand pacing
• You know what feels visually aligned with a modern brand
• Youre organized, proactive, and can manage your own timelines
• Youre based at our HQ in Cambridge and able to attend in-person shoots and spend time in clubs on a regular basis

• Film and edit in whatever format you prefer
• The concept is up to you: BTS, POV, trend, cultural moment, etc.
• The video should feel like something we would actually post
