Crunch Canada is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives across our regional footprint. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about fitness and wellness, and has a proven track record of building strong community and partner relationships across multi-unit locations across multiple provinces in Canada. Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Local Insights
- Conduct market research to gather insights into local demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Use findings to guide campaign design, messaging, and promotional activities that resonate with local audiences.
- Stay informed about emerging local market trends and recommend innovative strategies accordingly.
- Own the full lifecycle of regional marketing campaigns from concept development and planning to execution and performance measurement.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful campaign rollouts.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI, optimizing efforts for future initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with club teams, local partners, and community organizations to support member acquisition and retention.
- Identify and activate strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement within the region.
- Represent the brand at regional events, club activations, and partner functions as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in field, regional, or local marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of regional nuances and ability to tailor messaging and strategy accordingly.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Experience working for a multi-unit organization (gym, retail, food service or similar)
