Join ScaleWyz as a Commission Sales Representative selling our integrated operations platform designed specifically for service-based SMEs with distributed teams.

**What You'll Do:**
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to service business leaders
- Present ScaleWyz's unified platform, solving operational chaos
- Demo our live applications: Scoreboards (metrics), Cadence (recurring tasks), Knowledge (SOPs), Account (team management)
- Guide prospects through 30-day free trials to paid subscriptions
- Manage ongoing customer relationships and account expansion

**Our Ideal Candidate:**
- 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Comfortable selling to experienced business leaders
- Consultative selling approach focused on operational pain points
- Self-motivated for commission-only structure
- Experience with SME software sales preferred

**Commission Structure:**
- 100% of first month payment + 25% recurring monthly revenue
- Current founding rates: $49-$299/month (scaling to $99-$599/month)
- Average deal: $149/month = $149 first month + $37/month ongoing
- High-value prospects: $299/month = $299 first month + $75/month ongoing
- Professional tools provided: Company email, Zoom, CRM access
**About the Pay Range:**
This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary. The $ 50 K-$150 K range represents realistic annual earnings based on expected performance:

- Conservative ($50K): 2 customers/month, averaging $149/month
- Aggressive ($150K): 4 customers/month, averaging $199/month

Your actual earnings depend entirely on your sales performance. Top performers who consistently close larger accounts (Business/Growth plans) can exceed these projections.
