In your role as Assistant Studio Manager, you will create brand awareness, fuel the buzz, and drive traffic in your studios community. As the Studio Managers right hand, you will get to know the ropes as well as know your members names, step in when your manager steps out, balance each others strengths, and set goals and surpass them.

• Support the Studio Manager with operations, member engagement, and team leadership
• Motivate and manage a team of front desk staff to meet performance and sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every member, every visit
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
• Maintain studio standards for cleanliness, brand consistency, and safety
• Solve problems with professionalism and positivity

What You Bring:

• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role (fitness, retail, or hospitality experience an asset)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Proven sales experience and comfort working with KPIs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
