Who we need

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, we are hiring a Bilingual Customer Order Administrator (French/ English) to support our sales team in ensuring seamless sales operations. As our new Bilingual Customer Order Administrator, you will create quotes, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage customer inquiries.

This is a four-day on-site role with the option to work one day remotely.

What you will do:

  • Process accurate sales orders and deliveries. You will receive orders via email, text, or phone and ensure they are processed correctly for on-time, error-free fulfillment. You will confirm delivery details to set up accurate sales orders and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support sales operations. You will develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and sales processes, ensuring seamless support for the sales team. You will provide full administrative assistance, helping the sales team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service. You will respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring alignment with our response time targets. You will handle inbound calls, verify account details and direct new accounts to the appropriate Account Executive based on sales territories.
  • Manage quotes. You will create and send accurate customer quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and business retention. You will follow up to address concerns and uncover objections. You will analyze lost quotes to refine sales strategies.

You ensure seamless coordination across departments and can relay critical information internally and externally with clarity and professionalism. You are fluent in English and French.
  • Technical proficiency. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems would be an asset. You can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies that support sales operations, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

What you can expect from our interview process:

  • A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor discussing your interest in the role and the company.
  • A 30 minute virtual interview with the COO to share more about your experience and career history.
  • An in-person interview with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the COO (1 hour) to share more about your background. This will be followed by a 15-minute opportunity to shadow an Account Manager and ask any final questions about the role, and then a 15-minute assessment.
