Silver Hotel Group is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Downtown Hotel Collection on a one-year contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-oriented sales professional to drive transient segment performance for Business Travel markets.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading transient sales efforts while cross-selling across all market segments.
· Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and maximize market share. Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and pivot strategies as needed.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary contact for business travel clients, proactively addressing their needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Business Development: Prospect new accounts, attend industry events, and leverage networks to grow our client base and revenue opportunities.
· Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing to create impactful presentations, proposals, and collateral that clearly communicate our value proposition.
· Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable insights for senior leadership. Recommend enhancements to improve processes and outcomes.
· Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, securing profitable agreements aligned with company goals and policies.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as operations, finance, events, and programming to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
What We are Looking for...
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a strong track record in business travel or transient sales
· Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and grow accounts
· Creative, strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
