JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead the consolidation of multiple BI tools into standardized solutions. This role requires extensive experience in migrating BI tools and managing high-risk projects involving SQL and SSAS technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and migration of data sources, including transitioning to Snowflake. Key Responsibilities: • BI Tools Consolidation: Lead the project to consolidate BI tools into standardized solutions. • Migration Experience: Manage projects involving the migration of BI tools, ensuring smooth transitions. • Technology Integration: Utilize SSAS technology in the first phase of the project. • Data Source Management: Move data sources to Power BI and eventually migrate to Snowflake. • Reporting: Handle reporting tasks using Power BI and Tableau. Risk Management: Address high-risk areas, particularly related to SQL

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Skills and Experience: • Technical Expertise: 5 years of experience with strong skills in SQL and SSAS are essential. • Power BI: Intermediate level proficiency in Power BI. • Additional Skills: Experience with SSRS, SSIS, MSBI, and Tableau. • Reporting Tools: 2-3 years of experience with Power BI and Tableau. Migration Projects: Proven experience in projects that have migrated BI tools.
