Insurance Operations Coordinator - Planning Support

Location: Onsite, 5 days/week
Bilingual (French/English) preferred, not required
Note: Candidates must complete a new timed assessment under supervision

6 month contract - possible extension

What You'll Do:

  • Process and produce documents and data with precision and speed

  • Maintain timely and accurate reports based on set templates

  • Ensure high-quality administrative support that meets internal service goals

  • Help meet KPIs, SLAs, and business targets

  • Understand basic insurance-related processes and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail and task accuracy

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Comfortable working onsite full-time

  • Bilingual in French and English is a plus!
