Insurance Operations Coordinator - Planning Support
Location: Onsite, 5 days/week

What You'll Do:
Process and produce documents and data with precision and speed
Maintain timely and accurate reports based on set templates
Ensure high-quality administrative support that meets internal service goals
Help meet KPIs, SLAs, and business targets
Understand basic insurance-related processes and compliance standards
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and task accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working onsite full-time
Bilingual in French and English is a plus!
