St. Paul's High School is a Catholic, Jesuit-sponsored school for young men, committed to educating students as whole persons so they may become men for others. Through a Jesuit education grounded in faith, scholarship, and service, the school fosters a community of learning and faith that nurtures leaders who strive for excellence, seek truth, and act with courage and compassion. They uphold the values of faith, the dignity of each person, and service to others. Established nearly a century ago, the school is recognized as a leader in Ignatian education. Deeply rooted in Jesuit tradition, St. Paul's fosters a culture of cura personalis - personalized care and concern for the individual - and a commitment to excellence in academics, faith formation, and community life.
St. Paul's is part of the global Jesuit Schools Network (JSN), comprising over 100 institutions in North America and many more internationally. The school maintains a close relationship with its Jesuit partners and the broader Ignatian community, participating in ongoing formation, strategic dialogue, and collaboration across regions.
The Opportunity
As the school's President approaches retirement, St. Paul's High School is seeking its next President to continue advancing the mission, ethos, and excellence of the school. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a visionary Catholic educator and executive who will shape the school's next era while upholding its Jesuit identity.
The new President will lead a vibrant and deeply committed school community through a period of strategic implementation and celebration. With the school's new strategic plan, its centennial approaching and a capital campaign being considered to enhance the school for generations to come, the President will play a vital role in stewarding both vision and resources. The President oversees school operations, fosters a culture rooted in Ignatian spirituality, and ensures the ongoing excellence of academic and formation programs.
This is a mission-driven role that requires a faith-based leader, a heart for education, and a nuanced understanding of how to balance tradition with forward-thinking leadership.
